ABOUT

As someone who has experienced anxiety since my teenage years, I’ve personally felt the life-changing impact yoga can have. For me, that transformation came through consistent practice, attending retreats, and connecting with amazing people within the yoga community.
Presence, warmth, support, safety, and joy are at the heart of everything I offer and I understand that this work takes patience, commitment, and self-compassion. I really believe that if you make space to prioritise your wellbeing, the benefits show in every area of your life.
I love teaching students of all levels, but I’m especially drawn to supporting those who are new to yoga and want to integrate it into their busy lives in a way that feels accessible and joyful. Informed by my own experience, I’m passionate about supporting those navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and significant life changes. Breathwork and mindful physical asana practice can help us become aware and start to release the physical and mental tension that these challenges create.
Whether you’re seeking improved mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance, or emotional regulation, clarity, and relaxation, or a combination of both, I’ve got you!
What can yoga do for me?

Building Strength & Increasing Flexibility

Nice things people have said about my classes
"Hannah's classes are the perfect blend of chill and challenge. She creates intentional flows which she links to a theme for each class, often ending with a lovely meditation to close the session. I love coming every week!"

"I’m in my early 60s and fairly new to yoga. Hannah’s class was the perfect place to start. Her friendly manner and care and attention to my yoga moves made me feel relaxed and confident. I was able to work at a pace that felt comfortable to me and definitely felt the difference after the sessions - both in body and mind. Highly recommendable! Thank you!"
"Hannah's Vinyasa classes are wonderful! She strikes a balance between accessibility, intuitively offering adaptations when needed and also allowing you to challenge yourself.
Joining these classes in the morning helps me feel grounded and ready for the day ahead. I can also feel my body getting stronger week to week with Hannah's care and encouragement."
